1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ESG Crypto website, using the interactive research tools (The Nexus, Data Pulse), and downloading our institutional frameworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Access to specific research pillars is conditional upon your acknowledgment of the "Access Limitations & Liability Disclaimer" via our compliance gate.

2. Intellectual Property & Limited License

Proprietary Methodology: The "Governance Maturity Model," "Energy Systems Integration Framework," "Mining ESG Audit Criteria," and the algorithms underlying the "Stewardship Matrix" are proprietary research methodologies of ESG Crypto.

Authorized Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these frameworks for internal institutional assessment, research, and reporting purposes only.

Prohibited Use: You may not repackage, resell, lease, or publicly redistribute these frameworks, calculators, or the generated "Board Briefs" as your own intellectual property without express written permission from the Technical Secretariat.

3. Use of Interactive Tools

Educational Simulations: The interactive widgets (e.g., Grid Stability Simulator, Allocation Risk Simulator, Policy Builder) are educational simulations designed to illustrate governance concepts. They rely on user-provided inputs and simplified mathematical models.

Hypothetical Outputs: Results generated by these tools (e.g., "Solvency Score," "Scope 3 Estimate," "Asset Grade") are hypothetical and do not constitute an audit opinion, credit rating, or guarantee of future performance. They should not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions.

4. Risk Assumption & Limitation of Liability

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the interactive tools.
Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempt to bypass the "Compliance Gate" or other access control measures.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
